Fun, accountability, support and friendship! That’s what you get in addition to exercise when you participate in group fitness classes. We proudly offer a variety of classes designed for all abilities. We offer classes from sunrise to sunset, so you will find a class to motivate, challenge and reward you with results. In addition to classes such as cardio-kickboxing, aqua, yoga, tabata, zumba, barre and TRX, we offer Les Mills Body Pump, Body Attack, Body Balance, RPM and Core. Some of the classes we offer are listed below.
A fun, energetic combination of cardio intervals with all over body toning and conditioning using water resistance and body weight, along with noodles and water weights. Great for all ages, levels and abilities!
This class will challenge you using many of the same movements and exercises of Aqua Fit but with longer intervals and a bit more intensity!
If you love Zumba on land, you’ll love the added fun and benefits of doing Zumba in the water! All the same great music, fun moves and high energy with the added resistance of the water and no impact on your joints!
A low-impact, full-body workout specifically focused on hips, thighs, glutes, abs and arms. Small, isometric or pulsing movements will help you tone and strengthen muscles. You’ll use of a ballet-like barre as a prop for balance during some exercises, along with light hand weights, a tube and small round ball. Entire class is focused on creating long, lean muscles without bulk.
A fun, cardio intense upper and lower body workout focused on combining moves from karate and kickboxing. You are instructed on safe and efficient moves using Wavemaster kickboxing bags set to the rhythm of music. A great way to tone muscles, improve core stability and burn calories.
All the benefits of mat yoga, but using a chair for stability and balance. Class includes seated stretches and poses with cued breathing to movement. Starting at the head, moving through the body with much focus on shoulders, hips, abs and proper alignment. Straps and blocks are sometimes used. Standing and balance poses included utilizing the chair. Class ends with traditional resting pose of Savasana.
A low intensity total body exercise class that will focus on building stability, balance, and strength in fun and effective ways appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Class will include stretching and some yoga influence movements to focus on breath, core and relaxation. You can expect to use some light equipment and body weight exercises, as well as movement across the floor for light cardio.
Class is practiced “on the floor” meaning you go down to the floor in the beginning class (one time) then back to your feet at the end of class. Class is focused on the mind-body connection by practicing gentle movement and stillness for extended periods of time. Yoga poses are held for 2 to 4 minutes. Class ends with a guided meditation.
Hatha Flow will be more rapid moving/flowing and great next step in your Hatha practice. Based on the foundation of poses (asanas) and breath awareness (pranayama) that are central to most forms of yoga. Breathing with movement is emphasized.
A high-energy, calorie-consuming athletic workout that will push you past the limit with strong, simple moves and pumping music. This is the most intense workout you'll find in the world of fitness – guaranteed to make you want more!
A fusion of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
More than just an ab workout, class is scientifically proven to fire up the muscles of the posterior chain and enhance the body’s functional strength and fitness. Focus is on building strength, stability and endurance for your whole body. The workout includes exercises that utilize a double handled tube, weight plates and body weight exercises like crunches, planks and hovers.

Love Body Pump? This class has similar format, similar music and all the awesome results of Pump with an added splash of fun that may include occasional costume classes, themes and even a few Friday nite parties in the Café. This is seasonal from September through May.
Gently begin your day with this practice that combines energizing poses, held longer to build both strength and flexibility while focusing on basic alignment and observing breath. A one hour align-and-flow style class designed to wake you up and get you powerfully flowing into the rest of your day. Occasionally a chair may be used in class as a tool, similar to a block or a strap to help facilitate a pose.
Tabata is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that consists of eight sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest period. Tabata is one of the most effective types of HIIT workouts. The eight exercises will be basic movements with little to no equipment - whether your goal is to increase muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide what you are looking for.
A total body workout features high intensity intervals using the TRX, bodyweight movements and a variety of minimal equipment that could include kettlebells or BOSU half domes. Class is designed for all abilities and will focus on strength, cardio and core movements.
High intensity/low impact total body conditioning. Strong emphasis on increasing strength, balance, endurance for your core/torso/abs to helps us all function better in life, no matter what our fitness level. This class will use body weight moves, medicine balls, stability balls and more to fire up and condition your entire body!
In this class you will experience an energetic and playful flow (constant movement) of poses/postures which emphasizes the alignment of the body and the integration of breathing with the movements. You will gain core strength, flexibility, coordination, improved coordination, increased lung capacity, detoxification and enhanced mental clarity.
A fusion of Latin and international music and dance moves that create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness program! Combine fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt your body while burning calories and having tons of fun!
